摘要: Abstract The objective of Statistical Rate Theory is to derive explicitly the coverage dependence expression for rate adsorption. other parameters in can then be viewed as material properties a gas-solid surface combination, since they have no dependence. After these been tabulated, used with predict adsorption independent circumstances. This hypothesis examined by considering CO adsorbing on Ni(1,1,1). this well defined are first established from EELS spectrum, ellipsometric isotherms, and an ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopic study desorption rate. These studies were conducted different laboratories. measured, Ni(1,1,1) result compared set measurements. Close agreement was found throughout experimental period. It had previously reported that Absolute could not describe results unless both pre-exponential factor activation energy allowed depend coverage.
