摘要: An etching procedure that allows for reproducible control of the length conically shaped pores etched into poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) membranes is developed. At lower etch temperature used (20 degrees C), pore found to be linearly related time. higher (30 C) rate five times faster and quickly propagate through entire thickness PET membrane. Hence, best controlling length. Pores at this are prepare arrays gold cones where controlled from 1 10 microm. The track-etch rates radial-etch both temperatures also reported.
