摘要: The Z-disc has traditionally been viewed as a structure required to maintain sarcomeric function and integrity. More recently, the also emerged nodal point in cardiomyocyte signaling mechanotransduction. This notion is not only supported by several transgenic animal models, but identification of mutations various proteins, resulting dilated or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients. review will thus focus on role its associated proteins pathogenesis cardiomyopathy.
