摘要: Psoriasis (Pso) is a common chronic cutaneous inflammatory disease involving the skin that associated with serious comorbidities. Comorbidities in Pso include psoriatic arthritis (PsA), reduced quality of life, malignancy, depression, but also constellation conditions enhance cardiovascular (CV) risk. Indeed, obesity patients or PsA and considered to be risk factor for onset these diseases. Patients share obesity-related complications such as metabolic syndrome (MetS), dyslipidemia, diabetes insulin resistance, CV Chronic inflammation partially explains development atherosclerosis In parallel, body composition disturbed PsA, suggested by anthropometric measurements, while an excess abdominal adiposity observed enhancing MetS Adipokines may link adipose tissue PsA. altered circulating levels adipokines leptin, adiponectin, visfatine, resistin have been found addition, compromise therapeutic response traditional drugs biological agents This paper reviews comorbidities contribute enhanced risk, results, potential role systemic energetic balance
