摘要: Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a complex disease process connected with cardiovascular system as well other organs and skeletal muscles. In connection the above, cardiac rehabilitation, consisting of exercise training diet supplementation, aims at recovery physical, social psychic function removing risk factors influencing occurrence circulatory diseases. Evidence has shown that in CHF patients, both aerobic resistance, can increase peak oxygen consumption capacity, improve NYHA (New York Heart Association) functional class, reduce mortality quality life. suggests most improvement due to effects on peripheral circulation muscle, rather than itself. Exercise muscle metabolism, blood flow within active muscles, capillary density, promote synthesis release nitric oxide, angiogenesis, decrease oxidative stress. Physical effort reduces sympathetic arousal increases parasympathetic arousal, thus reducing dysrythmia ischemia. Mitochondria start working harder, demand for energy higher electron provides form ATP. Studies have consistently demonstrated safe no deleterious effect central haemodynamics, left ventricular remodeling, systolic or diastolic function, myocardial metabolism. Taking several supplements documented roles medical therapy, including vitamins B, C E, coenzyme Q10, alpha-lipoic acid, chromium, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, L-carnitine, quercetin, beneficiary many diseases, CHF. our experience, 19 patients who undertook resistance (weight) food returned their normal activities after 4 months, without any complaints.
