摘要: In this work, a new multi-component (CrFeMoNbZr)Ox system was developed. The thin films presented dual-phase amorphous structures, comprising dominant alloy phase and small amount of an oxide phase. showed higher hardness better corrosion resistance than commercial Zr-based alloy. combined properties high superior corrosion-resistance make the film candidate for coating materials on alloys engineering applications.
