摘要: Dyssynchrony estimation using echocardiography is increasingly used as a quantitative tool to qualify candidates for cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) and evaluate its effect post procedure. Conventionally, tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) has been this application, but utility accuracy are limited by the angle of incidence-dependent nature velocity measurement. Recently, speckle tracking technology applied B-mode images developed wall motion analysis including dyssynchrony estimation. Regional tracked observing movement two-dimensional (2D) patterns in ultrasound images. Three-dimensional (3D) also possible can be 3D entire left ventricle. Speckle provide assessment regional strain more objective diagnosis.
