摘要: The spatial control of signalling events is critical in determining the outcome a cellular response. Recent studies on signal output from growth factor/receptor HGF/c-Met, demonstrates that PKC-regulated location downstream transducers, specifically MAPkinase ERK1/2, has profound positive influence cell migration, despite apparently reducing steady state level ERK1/2 activation. mechanisms involved and implications for are discussed.
