摘要: Abstract High-potency inactivated poliovirus vaccine (eIPV) was combined with diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DTP) containing thimerosal as a preservative to simulate the performance of potential tetravalent vaccine. Neither type 1 nor 3 antigens appeared be affected by after exposure for h at 37°C measured enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). One epitope on 2 antigen damaged within 5 min exposure; however, overall potency unchanged when using polyclonal antibody preparation. Exposure decreased all three types well below level caused heat deterioration alone in 1–2 days and 0% 16–17 days. At 25°C, 46% day, whereas were stable week. Storage eIPV 4°C presence reduced undetectable levels 4–6 months. Type less markedly 8 months 4°C. The loss ELISA paralleled neutralizing antibodies mice injected these preparations. results obtained from testing combination DTP generally similar those thimerosal. It remains seen what extent will affect immunogenicity humans eIPV-DTP
