摘要: Isotope techniques can be applied to discover the migration and transformation of metal elements in plants. However, only a few studies on Cd isotopes plants have been carried out so far. In this study, an optimized analytical method consisting digestion, purification determination was developed. Three standard solutions as well four plant species (Solanum nigrum, Ricinus communis, Cyperus alternifolius Pteris vittata), which were grown soil or hydroponic cultures, repeatedly analyzed for using Multiple Collector Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (MC-ICPMS). The factors that affected accuracy isotopic determination, such isobaric interference instrumental mass fractionation, carefully evaluated corrected. procedure yielded recovery not less than 95% effectively eliminated spectral Pd, Sn well. analysis pure materials showed accurate isotope values, matched with results previously published methods. This technique provided average long-term external reproducibility ±0.09‰ δ114/110Cd (2SD). overall values ranged from −0.39‰ −0.08‰ direct evidence fractionation herbaceous
