摘要: Az idiopathias inflammatorikus myopathiak szisztemas, a proximalis vegtagizmok progressziv, szimmetrikus gyengesegevel jellemezhető immunmedialt betegsegek. A szerzők attekintest adnak gyulladasos izombetegsegek eseten alkalmazott biologiai terapiarol. Kulon figyelmet forditanak B- es T-sejt-gatlo terapia legujabb eredmenyeire. Ravilagitanak az uj tanulmanyok fontossagara ezen betegsegekben. Mindez elvezethet terapias lehetősegek bevezetesehez is. Orv. Hetil., 2014, 155(1), 3–10.
