摘要: We discuss a novel approach of modeling the behavior epileptic human brain, which utilizes network-based techniques in combination with statistical preprocessing electroencephalographic (EEG) data obtained from electrodes located different parts brain. In constructed graphs, vertices represent “functional units” where are located. Studying dynamical changes properties these graphs provides valuable information about patterns characterizing brain prior to, during, and after an seizure.
