摘要: Hybridomas producing mouse monoclonal antibodies to antigens of the human mammary carcinoma cell line, MCF-7, have been generated by electric field-mediated fusion at a frequency ten times higher than polyethylene glycol. One obtained recognizes cytoskeletal structure restricted epithelial cells and carcinomas with distribution pattern resembling cytokeratin 19.
