摘要: Cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide. The p53 gene play important role in suppression tumours. central protein DNA damage response and a part complex regulatory network. This network integrates variety stress signals to produce up-regulation active elicit apoptosis, growth arrest repair. In this paper, we construct discrete model involving its inhibitor Mdm2, use it examine effect stresses that trigger p53. demonstrates specific output behaviours steady states with high levels Mdm2 cycle (oscillation) low or levels.
