摘要: Abstract In this work, NiFeP/Cu composite wires were fabricated by electroless deposition. The preparation parameters have been comprehensively investigated, including metallic salt ratio of FeSO4 to (FeSO4 + NiSO4), concentration NaH2PO2, pH value and deposition temperature. These showed significant influence on the surface morphology, magnetic properties giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) effect. As a consequence, optimal bath composition conditions obtained, resulting in maximum GMI (ΔZ/Z)max 1103% at 1 MHz. optimized practical potential application sensors.
