摘要: While cancer is the leading cause of human's deaths worldwide, finding an imaging agent which can detect tumours needed for diagnosis. In present study, PEG-citrate dendrimer-G2 was used as a nano-carrier FITC dye and Iohexol to help passive targeting uptake both agents in cells/tumour vitro vivo. Dendrimer synthesisedand product characterised using LC-MS, FT-IR, DLS, ELS, AFM, 1HNMR. After loading into dendrimer, MTT performed determine cytotoxicity formulation on HEK-293 MCF-7 cells. dendrimer-FITC done via fluorescent microscope thereafter. Moreover, CT employed show nature ability complex use Data yielded this study corroborate notion that promised dendrimer synthesised properly had no toxicity along with normal cell. Furthermore, images showed Iohexol/FITC loaded Overall, results promising characteristics novel complexes
