摘要: A case of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans the lower extremity with metastasis to an inguinal lymph node appearing 5 years after wide excision and skin grafting primary lesion is presented. The world literature reviewed. This 24th instance 7th lymphatic metastasis. other 17 cases were hematogenous metastases. clinical pathologic features are reviewed, treatment discussed, aim emphasizing need for long-term followup examination regional nodes following deep local excision.
