摘要: We present an optical investigation on La0.33Pr0.34Ca0.33MnO3 (LPCMO) nanowires by using standard near-infrared (NIR) reflection experiments. It is found that the samples can respond strongly to NIR radiation so temperature dependence of reflectivity be measured accordingly. Interestingly, induced phase separation and nano-droplet states in nanowire with different diameters identified observed optically without making ohmic contact electrodes samples. The onset state line obtained from previous transport measurements. Importantly, via examining upon wavelength, we find electronic localization effect exists LPCMO both states. Such information cannot directly electric magneto-transport interesting important experimental findings this study demonstrate simple contactless measurements employed conveniently characterize basic physical properties perovskite manganites based nanostructure systems.
