摘要: This paper describes the characteristics of October 23 2002 dust event and results a preliminary investigation into health impacts event. The was associated with significantly elevated PM10 PM2.5 levels in several coastal cities Queensland. Preliminary statistical analysis has indicated that despite both PM2.5, no detectable change respiratory admissions or emergency department attendances found. A statistically significant observed for cardiovascular this requires further investigation.
