摘要: NADPH-diaphorase (NADPH-d) was used as a marker for neuronal nitric oxide synthase in order to investigate the nitrergic neurons of developing myenteric ganglia on whole-mount preparations proximal and distal segments small intestine colon chicken embryo, between incubation days 12 19. Neurons that were positive NADPH-d counted randomly selected ganglia. The data obtained from each area age group subjected two-way analysis variance (ANOVA) Student–Newman–Keuls test. Between 19, originally narrow-meshed plexus with its high ganglionic density progressively became wide-meshed decreased significantly. Quantitative further revealed significant decrease NADPH-d-positive nerve cell age. At same time, constant or even increasing number cells per ganglion may indicate decreasing be result growth bowel rather than total cells. Regional differences dynamics quantitative changes revealed. A appeared earlier colon. In contrast, decline first noticed at time.
