摘要: An industrial park is a community of manufacturing and service businesses located together in specific area. The sustainable strategically significant for development countries. In this paper, gradual efficiency improvement data envelopment analysis (DEA) model proposed to (i) measure sustainability parks, (ii) classify follower pioneer parks regarding the environmental performance, (iii) direct followers toward pioneers gradually (not at once) improve their performance make feasible plans. method identifies decision-making units (DMUs) on most productive scale size (MPSS) region, then projects other DMUs onto region. extended evaluate two-stage network structures where outputs from first stage become inputs second addition stage. approach applied 31 Iranian parks. Despite traditional DEA methods, results indicate that (outputs) should not be necessarily decreased (increased) project MPSS
