摘要: A field experiment on effect of irrigation levels and weed management practices growthand yield fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) was conducted at Sardarkrushinagar(Gujarat). The study indicated that IW/CPE ratio 1.0 gave significantly higherplant height, dry matter accumulation plant-1, leaf area plant-1 and index all thegrowth stages seed, haulm biological yields over ratios 0.8 0.6. Numberof branches, number nodules their weight plant-1 were also highest with irrigationat 1.0. Days to 50% flowering maturity increased withincreasing from 0.6 Besides free treatment,higher plant weightplant-1, branches days were recorded withweed control by pre-emergence application Pendimethalin @ 0.75 kg ha-1 + Inter-culturingat 40 after sowing (DAS) hand weeding 20 DAS which significantlysuperior rest treatments. Application along Inter culturingat is beneficial for realising better growth productivity fenugreek.
