摘要: Abstract Dry sliding wear behaviour of bamboo ( Phyllostachys pubescens ) against a grey iron (HT200) was examined on block-on-ring machine. The volume function the normal load, velocity and relative orientation fibres with respect to rubbing surface. increased load velocity. normal-oriented specimens (N-type) gave better resistance than parallel-oriented ones (P S - P I -type), outside surface layer -type) inner later -type). Material transfer from counterface took place during process for three types specimens. predominant mechanisms were adhesion, microcracking microploughing–microcutting -type, adhesion N-type.
