摘要: Recent years have seen a considerable change in opinions and actions pertinent to transportation traffic. As result there is movement which may lead eventually policies that are based on social psychological arguments the user, rather than usual technological starting points. It gradually becoming acceptable admit development of systems should not be guided by its own intrinsic possibilities, but needs values individuals society.
