Ternary doped polyaniline-metal nanocomposite as high performance supercapacitive material

摘要: Abstract Polyaniline composites incorporating transition metals are still an burgeoning interest as a supercapacitive material due to the formation of metal-PANI hetero junctions. Herein we demonstrate facile chemical synthesis ternary doped polyaniline using metal codopant with inorganic acid dopant utilizing oxidant ferric chloride, which itself acts dopant. More interestingly rational combination external binary dopants can successfully modify PANI morphology. The synthesized incorporated (0.7 M Cu2+ + 1 M HCl) flake like morphology outperform energy storage its high surface volume ratio. Thus synergistic effect transitions (Cu & Fe) HCl contribute towards enhanced electrochemical performance PANI. frequency dependent dielectric properties, ac conductivity and characterizations cyclic voltammetry Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy has been systematically studied. demonstrated specific capacitance 880 F/g good stability in 0.1 M H2SO4 electrolyte.
