摘要: Abstract We have generated a monoclonal antibody with specificity for the fifth component of mouse complement (C5). This precipitates two chains C5 from normal serum and inhibits C5-dependent hemolysis in functional test. In this study we describe its application an enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA assay) detection anti-C5 antibodies serum.
