摘要: ABSTRACT Background This article examines the impact of capitated, or CAP, and fee-for-service, FFS, dental benefit plans on enrollees' satisfaction with their dentists. Methods The authors selected four markets: California, New Jersey, Michigan North Carolina. Eight Fortune 500 companies participated. Enrollees were randomly interviewed about experiences plans. sample consisted 2,340 respondents, whom 42.3 percent enrolled in CAP 57.7 FFS Results major findings that those times more likely to be very satisfied than dissatisfied plan enrollees 16 dentists Conclusion generally but most satisfied. higher premium paid, level satisfaction.
