摘要: Based on the self-ordered ring (SOR) fluorescent microscopic imaging technique a hydrophobic glass slide with Mn2+ and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) as sensitizer, poly(vinyl alcohol)-124 (PVA-124) NH3-NH4Cl buffer (pH 9.30) medium, method has been developed for determining levofloxacin (LVFX) residues in chicken tissue, manure concentrations serum. Sample preparation used PBS acetic acid-methanol extracting agents breast muscle, liver manure, respectively, protein from serum samples was removed methanol. When droplet volume is 0.2 μL, LVFX range of 5.7 × 10−14−1.0 10−13 mol/ring can be detected, limit detection (LOD) reach 10−15 (2.8 10−8 M). Compared to reference [16], sensitivity SOR enhances 1.7 times. It viable determination chiken recoveries 90.0–104.1% relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 3.6%. The results indicate that applied reliable applicable.
