摘要: Two‐photon absorption spectra of single crystalline anthracene were obtained by analyzing the CARS and CSRS line shapes 1262 cm−1 Raman mode in three different polarization schemes. Five two‐photon peaks observed energy range 2ω=31 000–41 500 reasonably assigned to even‐parity Frenkel excitons corresponding solution data, except a remarkable one at 31 400 cm−1. It was concluded that last band is most probably charge‐transfer state crystal, showing such transition can have rather large cross section contrast with small value expected for one‐photon conjugate CT state.
