摘要: There is provided a composition comprising (a) at least one aqueous polymer dispersion, wherein said formed from monomer mix or more carboxylic acid functional monomers; (b) swelling agent; and (c) polyvalent metal ion; by process the step of forming preliminary admixture dispersion with some all agent (b), ratio equivalents ions in to groups 0.25 less.
