摘要: A method for automatically diagnosing inherited retinal disease includes receiving a plurality of dissimilar types data and pre-processing at least one the to generate feature vector descriptive patient. Further, includes, each data: (i) comparing portions respective type or corresponding in mutation proven database; (ii) generating ranked list matches between patient patients with known diagnoses; (iii) storing an output database. diagnosis routine then aggregates lists database genetic diagnoses sends indication end user device.
