摘要: The present invention provides methods for producing high resolution crystals of ribosomes and ribosomal subunits as well the produced by such methods. x-ray diffraction patterns provided are sufficiently determining three-dimensional structure subunits, identifying ligand binding sites on molecular modeling ligands which interact with subunits. ribosome-related designing specific ribosome-binding properties. Thus, may be used to produce designed kill or inhibit any target organism(s).
