摘要: A network operator identifier is used to uniquely identify each support international roaming. The includes (1) a Mobile Country Code (MCC) that identifies the country in which belongs and (2) Network Operator (NOC), may be (MNC), distinguishes operators within given MCC. Each assigned unique combination of MCC NOC distinctly operator, can stored single entry preferred roaming list. base stations broadcast signaling messages. mobile station receives message from station, obtains identifier, searches its list for an with determines whether or not current CDMA accessible.
