摘要: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which affects about one million women in Germany, is associated with insulin resistance and a high incidence of obesity. Leptin, the product ob gene, involved regulation energy balance obesity circulates both, free bound forms. The soluble leptin receptor (sOB-R) most important binding protein, thus influencing levels humans. We assessed association metabolic or endocrine parameters sOB-R 52 PCOS (28±5.8 years). Leptin were measured using ELISA kits (dsl, Sinsheim, Germany). In addition, (testosterone, andogen index –FAI-, androstendione, LH/FSH ratio) evaluated 3-h glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was performed to assess indices (HOMA-IR, fasting insulin, AUC-insulin). Body fat bio-impedance analyser. patients no correlation found between features resistance. However, as expected, body fat, BMI, waist hip circumference positively correlated (r=0.76, 0.74, 0.62 0.72, respectively). A better inverse lean than entire cohort (r=0.66 0.37, subgroup analysis lean, overweight obese significant differences in: (20.8±19.4 vs. 37.2±25.2 68.5±21.4 ng/ml, p<0.001), (9.4±3.6 9.8±4.4 7.0±3.2 p=0.046) HOMA-IR (1.2±0.5 2.3±0.8 6.0±3.5). conclusion, are low levels, suggesting that decrease sOB-R, by increasing degree unbound leptin, might be compensatory mechanism
