摘要: Response of twenty eight cultivars durum wheat (Triticum turgidum var. durum) to immature embryo culture, callus production and in vitro salt tolerance was evaluated. For assessment tolerance, growing morphogenic calli were exposed different concentrations NaCl (0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8 2.1% w/v) added the culture medium during two subsequent subcultures (4 weeks each). Comparison for induction from based on frequency fresh weight growth (FWG). While, relative (RFWG) necrosis percent used. There significant differences among potential regeneration embryo, ‘Shahivandi’ a native cultivar originating western Iran superior tested. The FWG distinguished more than did evaluation. Hence, range 1.23 14.65 g observed ‘Mexical-75’ ‘Omrabi-5’ cultivars, respectively. Growing derived ‘PI 40100’ ‘Dipper-6’ showed superiority tolerating salinity under conditions.
