POSITRON ANNIHILATION IN OXYGEN-DEFICIENT YBa2Cu3O7-δ CUPRATE AT 77 K AND 300 K

摘要: The YBa2Cu3O7-δ cuprate with oxygen-deficiency (δ=0.06~0.68) has been systematically studied by positron lifetime experiment at 77 K and 300 K. It is found that there exists an evident dependence of parameters on δ abrupt change near the orthorhombic–tetragonal phase transition. local electron density ne vacancy concentration Cv are evaluated as a function oxygen deficiency δ. effect mechanism charge transfer electronic structure given in detail. results show existence weak localization electrons tetragonal phase. annihilation its relation to superconductivity also discussed.
