摘要: One of most striking features East Asian students’ science performance in international comparative studies (PISA and TIMSS) is that, despite their very high levels performance, they consistently show the lowest engagement with science. This particularly clear case Korean Japanese students. It believed that this not just evident but a general trend across school subjects phenomenon deeply rooted commonly shared traditions cultures countries region.
