摘要: Abstract Name disclosure improves service quality as well the supervision and management of employees. When such has possibility to endanger employees, however, a conflict arises between need for public maintenance work safety. To improve discipline responsibility police officers, Taiwanese government is planning new policy sewing names on officers’ uniforms. determine impact, this study assumed implementation investigated perceptions reactions it. Respondents included 337 front-line officers whose main duties were related law enforcement or other services that involve direct contact with public. The results showed interpreted personal information, their perception future revenge risk potential, stress, attention amicable attitudes toward significantly higher, intrinsic motivation was lower. There no significant difference, in terms pay satisfaction.
