摘要: Due to a shortage of ruminant feeds, co-products such as grape pomace (GP) which contain tannins, represent alternative feed resources. The aim the current study was assess effects ensiling and addition polyethylene glycol (PEG) on deactivation tannins in by changes chemical composition phenolics levels fresh ensiled GP for 5, 10 or 30 days. In vitro gas production (IVGP), estimated organic matter digestibility (OMD), ammonia concentration microbial biomass yield (MB) each treatment, with without PEG were measured. Increasing duration ensilage decreased content WSC pH (P<0.01). Ensiling (P<0.01) total (TP), tannin (TT), soluble condensed (SCT), protein precipitable (PPP), IVGP, OMD MB. Adding GP, however, increased OMD, increment at 24 h due illustrates positive influence addition, but not ensiling, inactivation tannins.
