摘要: Aim: The aim of the present study was to investigate expression patterns transcription factor NF-κB (p50 and p65), ER, PR, Her2/neu, Ki-67 p53 in tumor tissue patients with breast cancer (BC) analyze correlation between these markers. Patients Methods: 62 BC previously not treated chemo- or radiotherapy were included study. All tumors belong invasive ductal carcinoma different grade. Expression molecular markers determined by immunohistochemical analysis on paraffin-embedded sections. Results: grade defined. found be changed dependent PR also subtype (luminal, Her2-positive, hybrid, basal-like). highest levels NF-κB, Ki67 Her2/neu+ basal-like subtypes. Conclusion: increase nuclear correlates a decrease steroid hormone receptors (ER PR), accumulation, is associated Her2-positive types.
