摘要: A new architecture is presented for the implementation of fuzzy systems using analog-digital techniques. This directed towards allowing many rules on same chip, including inference engine and defuzzifier. approach based a total or partial sequential operation both fuzzifier basic operational cell membership function circuit as well its programmable version are described used realizing proposed in CMOS technology.
