摘要: The mobility offered in the cellular mobile communication networks introduces new challenges to teletraffic engineers and professionals who are responsible for design, planning dimensioning network's capacity. Through models try foresee evaluate traffic generated due user mobility, order minimize implementation maintenance network costs, maximize quality of service end users.
