摘要: ABSTRACT Leal, Conxita, Jordi Admetlla, Gines Viscor, and Antoni Ricart. Diabetic retinopathy at high altitude. High Alt. Med. Biol. 9:24–27, 2008.—The objective of this study was to determine whether altitude hypoxia favors the development diabetic (DR) in healthy type 1 climbers with tight glycemia control. The retinas 7 a history stays were studied through nonmydriatic chamber retinography (Ffo-CNM). retinographies performed before after 7143 m peak expedition. One subjects presented evidence DR prior ascent, addition microhemorrhage afterward; rest normal. Fine management adequate acclimatization are not only cautions for diabetics going altitude; an ophthalmologic exam beforehand is also recommended.
