摘要: This chapter develops a conceptual framework to measure the economic consequences of incorporating geopolitical boundaries, spatial characteristics, and water markets in allocation trans-boundary setting. The model is developed conjunction with Geographic Information System (GIS) data assimilate effects on analysis. empirical focus Upper Klamath Basin which straddles California Oregon border hosts variety state county governmental entities, as well several Indian Nations, all jurisdiction, competing demands for water.
