摘要: Si/PEDOT: PSS solar cell is an optional photovoltaic device owing to its promising high conversion efficiency (PCE) and economic manufacture process. In this work, dopamine@graphene was firstly introduced between the silicon substrate PEDOT:PSS film for cell. The proved be effective in improving PCE, influence of mechanical properties on performance revealed. When incorporated into preparation, antireflection ability enhanced within wavelength range 300~450 650~1100 nm. would benefit amount photon-generated carriers. electrochemical impedance spectra test revealed that introduction could facilitate separation carriers improve junction quality. Thus, short-circuit current density fill factor were both promoted, which led improved PCE. Meanwhile, graphene concentration performances also investigated. promoted from 11.06% 13.15% when solution with 1.5 mg/mL applied. achievements study showed composites useful materials high-performance Si/PEDOT:PSS cells.
