摘要: Haemodynamic responses to anaesthesia and surgery were observed in 13 patients with severe renovascular hypertension treated high doses of beta-receptor antagonists (equivalent 10-37 mg/kg/day propranolol) 24 receiving moderate 120-480 mg propranolol per day). Chronotropic inotropic the noxious stimuli laryngoscopy or surgical stimulation effectively suppressed by blockade thus increasing arterial pressure due these aortic cross-clamping which indicated a purely resistive load for left ventricle. In no patient was evidence found that myocardial performance, its effect on ventricular ejection, seriously compromised.
