Influences of different excitation parameters upon PEC testing for deep-layered defect detection with rectangular sensor

摘要: In pulsed eddy current testing, repetitive excitation signals with different parameters: duty-cycle, frequency and amplitude have response representations. This work studies the influences of parameters on testing for deep-layered defects detection stratified samples rectangular sensor. The sensor had been proved to be superior in quantification classification multi-layered structures compared traditional circular ones. Experimental results show necessities optimize signal, advantages obtaining better performances enhance POD PEC testing.
