摘要: We describe the updated version of “Vienna Atomic Line Data Base” (VALD, Piskunov et al. 1995) which represents a considerable improvement over first installation from 1994. The original line lists have been complemented with critically evaluated data obtained experimental measurements and theoretical calculations are necessary for computing state-of-the-art opacities in stellar atmospheres, as well synthesizing spectra high precision analyses. In this paper, we present new improved sets neutral species ions Si, P, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Y, Zr, Ru, Xe, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Re, Pt, Au, Hg, Pb. For some available VALD time. explain our choice quality rankings by reviewing literature comparison source included into VALD. cases, produced weighted averaging different sources individual error estimates order to increase reliability lists. Software modifications allow remote users specify extraction parameters an alternative default settings team direct control ranking data. A World–Wide–Web interface is described provides easy access all features. To simplify proper crediting authors atomic data, now includes compilation publications used each type reply. Finally, briefly discuss future roadmap developments, including incorporation molecular transitions integration external bases.
