摘要: Abstract A 3-generation rat reproduction study, terminating with teratologic and mutagenetic studies included groups receiving carbaryl in the diet at maximum daily doses of 200 mg/kg while other concurrently received po intubation as high 100 mg/kg. guinea pig teratology study was also run levels 300 or po. Previous publications repeated reported effects from 2 a maternal toxic level The concurrent administration by dietary inclusion resulted neither mutagenesis nor animals that dosage levels. However, had severe both contrasted to little no effect for pigs 25 rats pigs. These verify differences result deviation certain proposed guidelines experimental design. There-fore, importance mode demonstrated, thus verifying dosage-related responses must be considered if results are used predict safety man.
