摘要: Transfection studies in human osteosarcoma cells have demonstrated that the enzyme 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) and integral membrane protein activating (FLAP) are both required for cellular synthesis of leukotrienes (LTs) (1). Consequently compounds which directly inhibit 5-LO (2) or specifically interact with FLAP (3,4) arc potent inhibitors LT currently being asseed treatment diseases LTs implicated.
